Join us as a English speaking customer specialist!
You will be providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails)
you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire team
you will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manner
you will communicate in English every day
you will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire team
work in our office in the beautiful city of Porto
What are we looking for?
ability to generate empathy in written form
good communication skills
customer orientation and troubleshooting
good computer user skills (Mandatory)
advanced spoken and written English skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
ability to manage time and meet goals
availability to work 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sunday
availability to work 8 hours per day (24/7)
